· Providing sales support inclusive of quotation generation and data entry
· Handling customer inquiries in a timely manner
· Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes
· Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
· Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
· Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information
· Maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
· Coordinating with cross-functional team to ensure smooth sales processes
· Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
· Matriculation education or above.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
· Strong verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
· Good language skills and proficient in MS Applications.
· Responsible, committed, willing to learn, and a good team player.
· Multi-tasking, self-motivated with good time management skills.
· An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
